Shipping Policy

After placing an order, customers will get the order placing confirmation from the company email id. Customers need to fill the complete billing details with phone number and address. 

After the confirmation we will contact the suppliers and initiate packing of your products. We usually take 2-3 day's to dispatch the product. In case of unavailability customers will get informed in 2 days or else the product will be dispatched. We use fast courier services which assure us to deliver the product in 4 -5 working days as per the distance. Customers have to pay either cash or any UPI or wallets services available.

 

Your product will be packed in a secure sealed biodegradable plastic bag. and it will only be opened by you at your end. Feel free to order rest leave for us. We will take care that the right material gets delivered.
 

Return & Exchange Policy

As per our standard guidelines if a customer wants to return the product. He or she has to mail us with complete information of the product, bill image with your account details at admin@thefinefabrics.com within 7 days after the day of delivery. 

We will assign a reverse courier pickup at the same billing address given at the time of order. Customers are advised not to tear or remove any tags, bills, or dresses else it will not be replaced.

 

Once the order is received by the courier persons you will get the refund at your shared account details within 2 working days.

Be patient, your money will be safe and you will get a refund.
